AppToMe Lite is free for organizations with up to 50 volunteers: shifts, people and board, with no costs and no ties. The full plan adds statistics, exports, more administrators and the modules a growing organization needs. Here are the differences, row by row.

Full plan prices with an annual contract: with a monthly one they are 20% higher.
The Lite terms
- It is free and comes with no ties, for you as for us.
- It does not include direct support: the manuals answer your questions.
- If it goes unused for 30 days it may be suspended. The data is kept and the space is reactivated on request.
How to start
Register your organization on my.apptome.it and verify your email. The AppToMe team contacts you for a quick check and activates the space: Lite, or a trial of the full plan if you need more.
When Lite gets too small
In the app every full-plan feature has a padlock: tap it to tell us you're interested, and we'll get back to you. When you switch, the features unlock by themselves, the calendar history is visible again and there's nothing to re-enter.
